Tiramisu tower

Ingredients for 6 people:
6 Egg yolks
100 g of sugar
250 g Greek cream yoghurt
250 ml of cream
7 leaves of gelatine
2 tbsp rum
1 biscuit
6 metal rings 8cm diameter

First, soak the gelatine in cold water and then express well. The egg yolk,
Sugar and the rum in a hot water bath until one
creamy consistency.
Dissolve the gelatine in the pot and stir under the cream and allow to cool slightly. Now
the stiff whipped cream and the yoghurt and lift under the cream.
Cut out the biscuit and press into a metal ring
the tiramisu mass. Immediately cool.
